When Can You Cancel an Order?
You may cancel your order any time before it has been processed.
Once shipped, our Refund Policy will apply.
Same-day/express delivery orders cannot be canceled.

Cancellation requests are only considered if made within 24 hours of placing the order.
If shipping has already been confirmed or processed, we may not be able to cancel the order.
Motornity reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including:
